Dr Lewinsohn is a Pain Medicine Physician completing his undergraduate and post-graduate training at the world-renowned Barts and Royal London Medical and Anaesthesia Schools. He practiced as a pain medicine physician and anaesthetist at Barts and Royal London Medical and Anaesthesia Schools in London. During this time, he was appointed as the clinical lead in pain services at Whipps Cross Hospital. Dr Lewinsohn has now emigrated to Australia and joined the team at Pain Specialists Australia to work full time as a chronic pain medicine physician.

Dr Lewinsohn's clinical focus is in the management of chronic pain including complex neuropathic pain, spinal pain, joint pains, chronic post-surgical pain, chronic abdominal, visceral and pelvic pain, orofacial pain and headaches including migraines. 

He has interest in interventional pain management techniques such as nerve blocks, epidural injections including Racz catheter epidurolysis, central plexus blocks, radiofrequency rhizotomy, pulsed radiofrequency neurostimulation of peripheral and spinal cord nerves, spinal disc procedures and platelet-rich plasma injections.

Pain conditions; back pain, facet joint pain, spinal pain, shoulder pain, neuropathic pain, complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS), lumbar radicular pain and sciatica, neck, facial pain, headaches, migraines, abdominal pain, shoulder and arm pain, post surgical neuropathic pain syndromes like post laminectomy pain, ilioinguinal pain, thoracic pain.
