Your Stay at The Avenue Hospital
The Avenue Hospital is comprised mostly of private and twin share accommodation. Each bed is fully equipped with a telephone and television. All our rooms are equipped with private ensuites and a range of amenities, and are designed to provide our patients with a comfortable and comforting environment for their stay.
Every effort is made to accommodate you in the room of your choice. If your preference was not available on admission, your request will be recorded and accommodated as soon as possible.

7.45 – 8.30 am
10.00 – 11.00 am
12.00 – 1.00 pm
2.30 – 3.00 pm
5.00 – 6.00 pm
7.30 – 8.00 pm
Please discuss any special requirements with your nurse or the Catering Supervisor. A member of the Catering Department will visit you daily to assist you with your menu selection.
Additional meals (prices subject to change) may be ordered for your partner or family member.
Interpreter Services can be arranged where necessary. If you feel this service may be required, please ask the admission staff to initiate enquiries on your behalf.
Mobile phones : When you are admitted please ask our staff if mobiles can be used in your room. Mobiles may be used in all public areas including the coffee shop. The Avenue Hospital does not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to your mobile phone.
Newspapers are available at no cost, daily on wards.
Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi is available for patients and doctors. Please speak with a member of the team for more information on how to access this service.
