Dr Zanati graduated in medicine from Monash University in 1993 and completed his medical residency and training in internal medicine at The Alfred. Gastroenterology training was completed at The Alfred before undertaking a 2 year fellowship in advanced therapeutic endoscopy at St Michael's Hospital, Toronto, Canada.
Dr Zanati is a visiting consultant gastroenterologist at both The Alfred and Western Hospital. He is available for private procedures at The Avenue as well as in Keilor and Altona and for consultation at The Avenue Clinic or Keilor. Subspecialty interests include all aspects of endoscopy with particular emphasis on interventional endoscopy including endoscopic mucosal resection for advanced colonic polyps.
