Richard Huggins completed his medical degree through Monash University obtaining first class honours along with Dentistry at the University of Queensland. He also completed additional tertiary degrees in Science and Anatomy through Monash University and the University of Melbourne. Dr Huggins completed advanced surgical training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in Victoria, rotating throughout the major teaching hospitals.
