How to Refer a Patient

Referring a Patient for Immediate Admission

The Avenue Hospital has a Physician Roster and Cardiologist Roster in place to facilitate the admission of acute medical and cardiac patients to the hospital. 

For surgical patients the Director of Nursing or After-hours Hospital Coordinator can assist in the admission process and referral to a relevant surgeon for admission.

The hospital has a Resident Medical Officer on-site 24hours per day, 7 days per week which ensures that patients are admitted and assessed on arrival to the hospital.
